Organisation Structure
The e-tivity organisation structure module is the backbone of the e-tivity® workforce management solution. It provides the functionality to create and manage: - the organisation structure
- approved positions
- internal and external resources
- tasks and job orders
It is the flexibility and design of this module that enables e-tivity to integrate seamlessly with so many diverse applications that contain the organisational and employee data of a company.
Site and Security Manager
The e-tivity site and security manager controls all the access privileges across the e-tivity solution, determining what data an employee is entitled to view, edit or delete.
e-tivity security manager guarantees the secure transmission of information over the internet. Encryption is used to ensure personal information is not compromised when distributed to or collected from remote users.
Reports Manager
The e-tivity reports manager is based on Crystal reports providing diverse functionality in the creation and management of standard and personalised reports. e-tivity reports manager provides the reporting function across the entire e-tivity solution you install.
The reports are generated in a standard PDF format although certain reports can be generated in a multitude of formats (.xls, .pdf, .dat, .rtf and others).
Data Exchange
e-tivity data exchange has several standard interfaces to import and export any necessary information. Custom interfaces can be developed, as required, to suit your individual business needs.
Housekeeping
The e-tivity housekeeping module module clears old and/or redundant records from the live database. Housekeeping can be configured for different types of records and can be manually executed or scheduled to run automatically.
